Freeze exception: wubi and umenu string and artwork changes

To clarify my earlier statement, both are *included* as part of the cdimage built process. They're built locally and uploaded to rookery and a stable symlink is updated that cdimage uses to fetch the latest version.

I have attached above the diff for rev 454-452 as well. That is mostly as a consequence of an upgrade of grub4dos code, which was patched upstream in order to address bug #201756 and bug #201756. The grub4dos upgrade does not show up in the above diff, since the source gets updated by running the make prerequisites script and it is not versioned within Wubi (see grub4dos changelog below).

Some translators asked to have new translations in for beta (see for instance http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=4531810&postcount=7). That would help since Rosetta was activated only recently for umenu and ubuntu and most users did not get a chance to see those apps localized, given that controls in nsis do not resize according to content, some translations might overflow and/or be truncated. I have hence synced the translations for umenu and wubi. Wubi and Umenu need to be recompiled for the translations to take effect.
