There are still two bugs that need verifying in Kinetic, the one involving boot time on dell systems (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2008527) looks relatively well tested, however the cgroup controller blkio bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2016186) still needs verifiction. We won't hold release on this so will mark verification testing passed.
