Please apply a patch to update Finnish (fi_FI) browser-startpage

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

Hi. The Finnish translation is partially out-of-date and the language used is not as elegant as it could be. Please apply the attached patch against current ubuntu-docs bzr trunk. If the patch looks "too big", it's because for some reason the existing index-fi_FI.html (but not others) has some DOS line endings in it, but not on every line... fixed that too. I'll also attach the full file just in case.
