Bug Description
Quite some bugs are not included in search results, including "Fix Released".
This causes confusion, especially if you find no results, but know that "there is something".
At least with bug search result pages, which contain no results (and are not done "across all bugs"), a link to re-do the search with all bugs, should get added.
This may get added as a general hint to any search result page (which does not search across all bugs already).
"Search in all bugs" is what you're getting when selecting "All bugs ever reported" as filter and then do the search.

Why the standard search doesn't include "Fix Released" bugs is explained in bug 90738. I propose a way of fixing this problem in bug 163694. Adding a link to search even in fixed bugs would be a nice touch regardless, though.
