ubuntu_ltp_controllers and ubuntu_ltp_syscalls tests fail on ppc64el on cloud due to limited ram size. A request to double it was made, but for some reason it was not propagated to all cloud instances. This should not delay the release of this kernels, especially since these tests have not been run on cloud before.
