Bug Description
The autopkgtest is set to timeout after 120 seconds. Sadly it's not enough time for our infrastructure (they work fine on a RockPro64 board).

* d/t/control: increase tests timeout to 600 seconds (LP: #2032766)
Autopkgtests are timing out on arm64 and armhf environments. As they
are working fine when tested locally on an ARM board, it's probably due
to the infrastructure. Based on the previous timeouts, 600 seconds
should be more than enough even for the worst cases.
