Help wiki front page is overly long

The help wiki front page is too long and goes into too much detail. It should be clear, concise and prominently link to user guide sections.

I have a new front page at https://help.launchpad.net/FrontPage/Draft but this is reliant on user guide work that's going on right up to 1.2.6.

Probably quite easy to come up with a half-way house before then. Will attempt if time allows.

Matt deployed a new front page today so I'll mark this complete for this cycle even though it will undergo continued enhancement.

I'm not sure I agree this bug should be filed against the Moin theme as it was a bug about the length on the content.

Joey: are you happy for me to change it back to the doc project?
