Openstack cloud has failures but not consistent enough for indicating regressions. Metal looks ok.

The ADT results show symptoms of over-commit. Timeouts and odd random failure. On top of that some results do not get picked up by the matrix. From the critical tests I see nothing that appears to result from the kernel.
