Bug Description
mozjs102 102.15.1-3 fails to build from source because its build system is incompatible with python3.12. It's possible this can be fixed by forklifting in the build system from mozjs115, I don't know.

mozjs102 is required by cjs which is required by cinnamon; this needs to be addressed for Ubuntu Cinnamon to be supportable in the 24.04 release.
