According to the error message, you already had nvidia-glx-new installed. Hard to say without more information though. If you think it really is a bug, please feel free to reopen but give some more info like what version(s) you had installed before, what version(s) of Envy you've used, attach your /var/log/ Xorg.0. log, etc.
