Not obvious why karma decreases

Bug Description

Every day of inactivity, a person's karma decreases, but it's not obvious that this is intentional.

It's currently explained in <https://help.launchpad.net/YourAccount/Karma>, but it should be explained much more concisely and closer to the presentation of the karma value itself.

That's intended behaviour. Karma degrades over time, to give new people a chance to catch up to people who did lots of work years ago, but not much recently.

Ok, sorry for having file a bug which wasn't one.

But where can i find the policy on how karma increases/decreases ?

At which rate karma is decreasing ? as it was only 1 week that i did not add
branches/bugs...

We should fix this. People shouldn't need to read a Web page about how Launchpad karma works, that takes the fun out of it. :-)
