randpkt tool not present in wireshark install

Bug Description

Binary package hint: wireshark

The randpkt tool is useful but not present in the wireshark package or any other ubuntu package. Can it be added to the wireshark package?

Just for clarity, the randpkt tool that I'm mentioning is a part of wireshark and is present if you compile wireshark from source.
