Mario, as the new bluez-utils version has converted from services to plugins, maintainer scripts need to remove remaining .service files from /etc/bluetooth/ [1]. I reckon this needs to be done for input.service network.service and serial.service which Debian doesn't include.

Does this merge drop network and serial (now) plugins that we used to have earlier?

Matti,

Ah you are correct. I'll upload a new diff tomorrow to clean up when it
detects an upgrade for these cases.

Hi,

Here is an updated patch. I made sure that that the services were properly cleaned up and also that the new plugins are kept in place.

Matti:
Thanks for being so meticulous to catch such things :)

Some comments after a look at the diff.

* The bluez-serial package mentions audio in the description, I'm guessing this should be serial.
2. The changelog entry about introducing 2 new packages is formatted such that at a glance, one thinks it is a merge delta, when in fact its a new change to the package after the merge. I'd suggest putting it as a new item under everything else, with a top-level * point to make it clearer that it is not something carried over as part of the merge.
