Team page refers confusingly to "inactive" members

Bug Description

A team page, such as <https://edge.launchpad.net/~amarok-wolf-brigade>, and a box on the Members page <https://edge.launchpad.net/~amarok-wolf-brigade/+members>, gives a count of "inactive" members. This is false in two ways: they're not necessarily inactive (they might be highly active elsewhere in Launchpad), and they're not members.

More accurate would be "former members", but I don't see the point of giving a count of former members on the main team page at all.

So is this bug about the fact that we should remove the inactive members item from the portlet or that we should rename 'Inactive members' to 'Former members'?

Neither. The bug is that the team page refers to "inactive members". Changing the term, and removing the count altogether, are just two suggestions for how the bug could be fixed; there may be other ways to fix it that I haven't thought of.

I agree that we should drop the former member numbers from the homepage. That information does relevant to the index page

"inactive" does not appear on the index. We use the term "former" on the members page now.
