Bug Description

New upstream release 1.3.4 is available now.

This release fixes two important instruction level bugs on SF #1936852 and #1966993.

'needs-packaging' is used for packages that never were in the archive and need to packaged from scratch. 'upgrade' is used for new upstream versions.
