Bug Description

<http://www.ubuntu.com/syndicated/kubuntu-download> presents a lonely-looking Kubuntu download form, apparently a fragment of <http://www.kubuntu.org/getkubuntu/download>. This fragment shows up in a Google search <http://www.google.com/search?q=download+kubuntu+site%3Awww.ubuntu.com>.

Ideally, it should not be possible to show the download form by itself like that. Failing that, the form should use noindex so that it doesn't not show up in Web search results.

Thanks for the bug report,

The Kubuntu website has to use an iframe / syndicate its download page from ubuntu.com because we aren't allowed to have PHP nodes on the Kubuntu website. It's also easier to update all download forms in one central location come release time.

I'll poke around on the Ubuntu side to get it using noindex.

Ryan

I'll add js to detect if the page is being shown in an iframe and if not location.replace('...') so that the user sees the full download page as intended.
