autofs shoud be started after slapd

This bug affects Ubuntu 8.04 server as well.

As a quick fix, I've moved slapd to start at S16.

The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Karmic Koala. note: nfs-common package not part of aufofs package required

my quick fix: Place the following command line into:
 /etc/network/if-up.d/mountnfs

/etc/init.d/autofs reload

restart autofs on the client
