Bug Description
We (by which I mean Daniel Holbach) use the data from the upstream bug report to create a number of graphs showing trends in the quality of upstream bug linking. At the moment this is done via screen scraping, which isn't ideal. To make everyone's life easier, the upstream bug report functionality should be exposed through the Launchpad API.
