logrotate uses outdated sarg script

This bug was fixed in the package squid - 2.7.STABLE3-1ubuntu2

The above mentioned patch doesn't properly fix sarg-reports for weekly and monthly reports as the log file is rotated daily. When SARG is installed the attached patch should be implemented to allow for proper weekly and monthly reports.
