PackageKit can`t find libpackagekit.so.3 library

Bug Description

When try run any of gpk-application, gpk-repo, gpk-update-viewer, etc report "error while loading shared libraries: libpackagekit.so.3"

Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid Ibex
PackageKit 0.2.4-0ubuntu1

Solution: Make symbolic link from libpackagekit.so.4
$ sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libpackagekit.so.4 /usr/lib/libpackagekit.so.3

Bug is on packagekit-gnome which is not built with current packagekit-dev (soname was bumped in packagekit 0.2.4-0ubuntu1).

  * debian/rules:
    - Move the autostart desktop file to /etx/xdg/autostart

    - Raise build dependency version on packagekit-dev
    - Do not depend on packagekit of the same version
    - Update XS-Vcs information
