Bug Description
edit bottom info ---
Provide a way for Conference-specific information to be edited, and parameterized.
That is, you should be able to use web2-conf as a content management system, and not need to edit the code to provide conference specific information: names, dates, locations, prices, discounts, discount trigger points, etc.
This is a general goal.
Starting with updating the footer info is a good place... to start.
