Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-applets

= [8.10] RC
= Steps to reproduce:
... 1. Have cpufreq applet on your panel, showing graphic & text
... 2. Set panel to 50pix
... 3. Notice how the padding to the right. It looks like that's where the text would go if it didn't go below the graphic.

    Weather Applet:
    - Use NetworkManager signals and check the weather when the network
      comes back up (lp: #50115)
