Bug Description

The HTML served by <https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu> is a massive 389 KB.
The HTML served by <https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu> is only 30 KB.

This is not something that has been fixed recently and therefore fixed only on edge: the same problem existed before the last rollout.

Hi mpt. Tested today, and both pages have ~380KB. So re. the bugs you listed here, it's still bad :(

I see the same size on both edge and non-edge. It seems like it's the
tags portlet that is taking up most of the size.

Tags portled could be much smaller if tags of duplicate bugs were not counted. (It is reported as bug 59610)

Official tags is now implemented, so it shouldn't cause the problem described here anymore.

FWIW, the same page both on edge and lpnet are ~33kb now.
