Please remove nvidia-xconfig (universe) from the repositories

Bug Description
Binary package hint: nvidia-xconfig
nvidia-xconfig is now included in the nvidia-glx-* packages. Since we don't take the nvidia packages from Debian, we will not need to worry about new nvidia packages depending on nvidia-xconfig. nvidia-xconfig also does not have any rdepends. As a result, I feel it is safe to remove both the source and binary packages for nvidia-xconfig from the jaunty repositories.
