Bug Description
Bug #274323 has been fixed, so the Javascript sorting on the Upstream Report has gone away to be replaced with server-side sorting. However, the following still doesn't work:
* Package: Non-alphabetical sorting.
* Bugtracker: Packages with no bugtracker are mingled with packages with no project; does not look like a stable sort.
* Upstream contact: Similar to Bugtracker.
* Watch: Packages with no watches (as in null, not zero) are mingled with those with watches (zero or more).
* Watch %: Similar to Watch.
* Watch delta: Similar to Watch.

Fixed by Steve Kowalik in r16230, by removing the page altogether.
