During an Intrepid->Jaunty upgrade, I encountered bug 296324, which caused vim-runtime and its reverse dependencies to fail to upgrade. This (expectedly) resulted in /var/crash/

Thanks for your bugreport.
This is fixed now in bzr. There was code to detect if the error was handeld already, but it had a bug that caused them to be reported twice.
