Bug Description

Binary package hint: kvm

I have prepared a merge of kvm-82 from upstream.

This release contains a number of bug fixes, and some interesting new features since the -79 release, including nested virtualization. See the upstream changelog:

I have posted a package in my PPA:

I tried your package and kvm-source fails to build:

$ uname -a

Error! Bad return status for module build on kernel: 2.6.28-4-generic (i686)
Consult the make.log in the build directory
/var/lib/dkms/kvm/82/build/ for more information.

There are ia64, powerpc and x86 directories there, but no i686. I guess it should use x86?

Hmm, interesting. I can't reproduce this problem here. And
kvm-source seemed to build fine in my PPA...

  * debian/rules: clean up a bit better after the build; allows for

:-/ Yeah. I'm actually going to try and merge kvm-83 now. I wanted
to wait until after the Alpha3 freeze before uploading.
