Bug Description

When making non-content based changes on a resource (as altering file permission, e. g. the executable bit), the changes are propagated to the repository upon the push. The altered files are listed in the change set on the web interface, but no details on that change are displayed. It would be good to have at least the information "meta data changed", but it would be even better if the specific change would be listed.

As an example, in this change:

http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~guy.kloss/pylittlecms/trunk/revision/80

the executable bit of littlecms/test/lcms_classic_test.py and littlecms/test/transform_test.py were removed, but the details show up empty.

We should show something at least.

It looks very weird having a change block showing, but with nothing in it.
