virtual kernel package does not include /boot/config-$ABI-server

Bug Description

The virtual kernel image (in jaunty and intrepid) does not include the config listing in /boot -- useful for people wishing to verify the configuration of their kernel. Attached is a(n untested) patch against debian/scripts/sub-flavour that I think will fix it.
