Using Kubuntu jaunty:
kde-l10n-es conflicts with some files of kde-i18n-es as like as `/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/es/kommander/commands.docbook', the same happens for other languages such as -it, -fr...
This causes an error installing package kde-l10n-es/-it/-fr in jaunty when kde-i18n-es/-it/-fr is already installed.
This causes an error installing kde-l10n-es/-it/-fr package when upgrading from intrepid to jaunty.
May be kde-10n-xx packages should replace and conflicts kde-i18n-xx packages in jaunty.
