To enable MP3 shout support seems necessary adding a build-dependency on libmp3lame-dev, which is in universe

MOD support has been dropped by upstream by default, because mikmod contains critical security bugs

Adding libmp3lame-dev to build dependencies should need moving mpd to multiverse.

It's not a good idea, I'm working only on ffmpeg support.

  * Update media formats support (LP: #332437):
    - Enable ffmpeg support:
      + Build-Depends on libavformat-dev.
      + Don't compile with --disable-ffmpeg.
    - Disable MOD support:
      + Remove build-depends on libmikmod2-dev (Debian bug #510675).
