Can you try it again? It doesn't effect to me on 9.04 with gdebi 0.4.3 with same package downloaded from getdeb. Thank you!

No specific instructions : install a .deb package with gdebi, and sometimes it will crash after the installation has completed.

This bug was fixed in the package gdebi - 0.4.6
