Bug Description

Anjuta's symbol browser on Ubuntu Januty does not work correctly out of the box because the package is missing the dependency on libgda4-sqlite.
Please add that as a dependency, so that Anjuta works with no regressions from the first start.

If we not install exuberant-ctags package (which has ctags binary), when we make a new project, Anjuta show this:

Wait, I wonder if libgda4-sqlite is really needed.

I don't see why should be added libgda4-sqlite as a dependency.

Because the symbol browser is using libgda now to create its database, and such database as you might guess is being created as an sqlite one. Hence, it needs the sqlite support of libgda4.

This bug was fixed in the package anjuta - 2:2.26.0.0-0ubuntu1

---------------
anjuta (2:2.26.0.0-0ubuntu1) jaunty; urgency=low

  * New upstream version
  * debian/control.in:
    - Add Replaces/Conflicts for libgbf-1-common (LP: #338464).
  * Add libgda4-sqlite and exuberant-ctag as anjuta dependencies (LP: #339183).
  * Fix bdeps to match upstream configure checks:
    - Bump gdl to >= 2.26.0, gladeui to >= 3.6.0
