Bug Description
Binary package hint: kile
The update is primarily made to get in sync with regards to copyright-files, recommends, suggests et.al. in the package. The newer snapshot contains bugfix only; see below for changelog.

- debian/control: Do not suggest kile-i18n, as it doesn't exist
- debian/rules: Keep our own simple rules-file using kde4.mk from cdbs
