SITUATION IDENTIFIED IN:
Install wizard new database
REPRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT:
Ubuntu 8.10 with python 2.5.2 Openerp version from trunk

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When creating a new database without demo data, the installation wizard gives a message that says:
Error !
No fiscal year defined for this date !
Please create one.
SPECIFIC PARAMETER SETUP:
Choose a databse without demo data!
Choose a company profile while setup with wizard where accounting is involved.
STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED:
Create a new database via the client. After initializing the database, the setup wizard appears. Choose a profile where accounting in involved, e.g. Minimal accounting profile. After e few seconds the messages appears.
OBSERVED RESULT:
Message appears:
Error !
No fiscal year defined for this date !
Please create one.
The wizard is stopped and company is created without a profile!
EXPECTED RESULT:
That wizard runs to the end and a company profile is created.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
Seems that the fiscal year table is not created anymore, this was the case before.
