Martin Pitt (pitti) wrote : Cleaning up old Apport crashes

Thank you for your report! In an effort to clean up the bugs against apport, I
am closing this one, as this cannot be caused by Apport itself (it's written in
Python). Crashes like SIGSEGV and similar are in the C libraries like Qt,
pygobject, GTK, or in Python itself. Many of these crashes were reported
against development versions, have no (or very few) duplicates, and no
reproduction recipe.

If you can reproduce a particular crash, can you please try this in current
Ubuntu 11.10 together with some detailled steps how to reproduce it, and then
report a new crash? This will provide us with updated stack traces and debug
data.

Thank you for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience!

Martin
