Bug Description
This is on an ARM system, after running: sudo apt-get install mysql-server php5 libapache2-mod-php5 php5-xsl php5-gd php-pear libapache2-
Part way through the mysql-server install, the installation just stopped. Here are the last few messages I got:

I had to ctrl-c after about 30 min when I gave up on continuing on its own.

I had exactly this problem butting running on 9.04-i386 (inside a VirtualBox Virtual machine on MacOSX). Tried to install mysql-5.0 and apache-2 via synaptic and it hung here:

Odd thing was that while hung, mysql had started and I could login using the root account setup by the installer. After about an hour had to Ctl-C to let the rest of the install run.
After the rest the of the install had run Mysql was installed and running.
