Bug Description

Please move boost1.37 to main from universe. It is needed to build OOo 3.1.0. It appears that boost1.35 does not work well with gcc 4.4 and currently boost1.38 also fails to build from source. Longer term we will want to get boost1.38 working properly and migrate everything over to it.

needed for openoffice.org 1:3.1.0~rc2-1ubuntu1, due to boost1.35 causing FTBFS and boost1.38 FTBFS itself.

boost1.37 build-deps on mpi-default-dev so mpi-defaults (source) and mpi-default-dev (binary) need promotion to main as well; these are trivial.

I demoted mpi-defaults again, it pulls in openmpi and lam, neither of which we want to support in main.

Please change boost1.37 to not require mpi-defaults.
