Please merge cgal 3.3.1-4ubuntu1 (multiverse) to 3.4-4 from Debian unstable (non-free)

Currently blocked by boost1.38 dependency wait for karmic

boost1.38 has been accepted, I'm re-attaching the patch with boost1.38, including "LP: #374440" in the changelog.

This bug was fixed in the package cgal - 3.4-4ubuntu1
