Binary package hint: kbibtex
There is no desktop/panel icon for kbibtex, although the sources contain a nice one.

kbibtex (0.2.1-1ubuntu1) karmic; urgency=low
* Add desktop icon by adding link. Add scalable icons
to the fallback theme "hicolor". All done via .links file.
Closes LP: #375428.
