This change could also be forwarded to Debian so that mutt can be synced once that's done.

  * Remove maildir-mtime patch, upstream has a different implementation
(though with different results; Closes: 533471)
  * Use elinks-lite (with an alternative Build-Dependency on elinks) for
rendering the manual. Thanks to Ahmed El-Mahmoudy for the suggestion.

It was forwarded to Debian (please look at the Debian bug linked to this
LP bug). Yet Debian maintainer tagged it as wontfix. I talked to him on
IRC yesterday and he seemed that he will consider the idea. That's
exactly what he said:

13:34 <Myon> mutt won't change the dependency unless there's a consensus
that all packages should change
13:35 <AnAnt> oh, I thought that Debian did already decide it for
default-mta according to http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=508644
13:41 <Myon> http://wiki.debian.org/DefaultMTA doesn't know anything
about default-mta
13:42 <Myon> I agree that that's probably a good idea, I didn't really
hear about it before

He also said that he is very busy (probably that's why he didn't remove
the wontfix tag yet).
