Please include build url in notification e-mails

Bug Description

It would be useful if the mails sent for each new upload contained a link to the page tracking the build status. This would make it easier to find the build status.

Sami, this is a good idea, thank you for the suggestion. It requires some already planned modification in the current build workflow, since the build jobs are not known at the acceptation time (they're created later) . Anyway, we can improve to accept_message to include some useful LP links as soon as we have that.

The page that currently best represents the page i'm talking about is
(atleast for ubuntu):

https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/<package>/<version>

The page could contain more information (like the current changelog
entry), so if you have something more convenient planned, please use
that instead.

Despite of the fact that the mentioned link is already present in the build page, we can save *one* click adding it in the email body as well.
