Removable media always mounts to the first user logged in

Bug Description
when two users are logged in (with fast user switch) and one of them mounts a dvd with dvd burner on /dev/hdc then the dvd is mounted "from" the other user. it is available for both users, but only unmountable by the other user (or root).
happens only sometimes. i dont know how to repreduce it exactly. will watch for it...

This is definitely a bug, and can really be annoying. If more than one user is logged into Gnome, the first user gets all of the media.
