Bug Description

language-pack-gnome-ig 1:9.10+20090826 produces uninstallable binaries:

    * language-pack-gnome-ig (amd64 i386)

The problem is that this only has GNOME translations, and the common package language-pack-ig isn't built.

Either the dependency needs to be dropped in this case (hard to maintain and codify, though), or we should just build an empty common langpack.

We need to build the common langpack, it ships the default locales to build. (See bug 335307).

Fixed langpack-o-matic in r271. As it happens we just get a new full LP export, so it's time to rebuild the langpacks anyway. I'll close this after verifying that all the missing packages are built.
