Bug Description

Binary package hint: ibus-chewing

How to reproduce:
 1. toggle ibus, choose chewing
 2. type some Chinese character
 3. press space to get the character selection window
 4. toggle ibus off
 5. character selection window stays behind
 6. already selected characters don't get submitted into the application

Expected behavior: character selection window should be destroyed, already selected characters should be submitted to the application.
