Bug Description

lp.buildmaster.tests.test_manager.TestBuilddManagerScan.testScanRescuesJobFromBrokenBuilder has been failing since devel r9267, when the test sampledata's Bob the Builder was marked OK. This failure is visible in ec2test success logs (it is the only such failure), but it is not counted as a failure by the test runner.
