dvd95 assert failure: ERROR:callbacks.c:129:GetSelected: assertion failed: (model)

I have tried to use dvd95 in Ubuntu 9.10 (64 bit) without success. I install a DVD and get the error messag 'Error reading DVD structure !'. The same DVD will encode perfectly in Ubuntu 9.04.

I ran DVD95 in a terminal in Ubuntu 9.10. This is the result ;-
