Mouse Icons do not change in dual screen setup

Bug Description

I have a dual screen setup, with xinerama enabled. Since upgrading to Dapper the mouse icons (pointer) on the second screen does not get updated / changed according to its context. It keeps the last icon used on the first (main) screen.
So, for instance, if I move a window (the icon changes to a plus sign) and move into the second screen, it will stay an plus sign until I move (the mouse pointer) back to the first screen. On this screen it all works normal.
Maybe needless to say: It all worked fine in Breezy.
