Bug Description
When you click on the checkbox 'Periodically sychnronize clock with internet servers:' it installs an NTP server correctly.
But, when it's finished it doesn't check the box or allow you to go into the 'Select Servers' dialog. Instead it shows the dialog 'NTP support is not installed'. It hasn't updated itself with the new information.
If you run /usr/bin/time-admin it now knows that the NTP server is there and allows you to set it up. From the GUI you have to come out (Cancel) and then go back in - this is confusing for new users.
On Dapper, PPC, The package version is 2.14.0-0ubuntu11
