Human's speaker icon too small in on-screen volume indicator

Bug Description

The icon in the on-screen volume indicator (the one that pops up when you use the laptop volume buttons) is too small when using the human theme. In the other themes the icon is much larger. It makes the proportions look really off and is not easily noticed.

To reproduce adjust the volume using the laptop buttons using the Human theme.

To see how it should be, switch the icons set to tangerine.

Yeah, the icon is still proportionally small in Edgy.
